The substation is divided into 4 dedicated compartments (see attached images):
- Metering Room: Houses power metering devices for accurate energy data collection and billing, supporting real-time energy monitoring and data transmission.
- Smart Terminal Room: Equips communication and monitoring components for remote operation, fault alarm, and data analysis, realizing intelligent management of the power supply system.
- Transformer Room: Contains the 2500kVA transformer (with advanced insulation and heat-dissipation design). The fully sealed mesh door is equipped with a built-in temperature controller for real-time temperature monitoring and over-temperature protection.
- Automation Room: Integrates control, protection, and switching equipment (e.g., vacuum circuit breakers, microcomputer protection devices) to ensure stable and safe power distribution.

1. Stable & Uninterruptible Power Supply System
- AC220V electric operating power (for switchgear) is sourced from a 1kVA online UPS (uninterruptible power supply), ensuring the normal operation of core control components even during power outages.
- UPS charging power switches automatically between incoming cabinet PT (24.9kV → AC220V) and low-voltage AC220V, realizing dual-power backup and improving power supply reliability.
- Lighting and heating power is supplied by low-voltage AC220V, meeting the daily operation and maintenance needs of the substation.
2. Durable & Temperature-Controlled Enclosure
- The enclosure adopts double-layer cold-rolled sheet with spray coating (color: State Grid Green), and is filled with 50mm thick rock wool for excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation performance.
- It is equipped with fans, indoor lighting, and air conditioning for intelligent temperature control, ensuring the internal equipment operates within the optimal temperature range in extreme weather.
- The transformer room door is fully sealed to prevent dust and moisture from entering, and the built-in temperature controller realizes real-time monitoring of the transformer's operating temperature.
3. High-Safety Electrical Components
- Frame circuit breakers are reserved with 5 normally open and 5 normally closed auxiliary contacts for users, which can be connected to external alarm and control systems as needed.
- Test-type terminal blocks (with a current rating of no less than 25A) are used for CT/PT/trip and closing circuits, and are equipped with isolation plates to prevent circuit interference and ensure maintenance safety.
