Product Description

General:
The SZ series load regulating power transformer is developed and produced according to the requirement of the market. It can be widely
used in urban & rural, industrial & agricultural power network, which has a great significance for energy-saving and environment protection.
The lamination method of this product's iron core is ladder form, instead of the traditional iron core lamination technology, which improves the
magnetic circuit distribution inside the iron core. It can be seen as a revolution of transformer iron core manufacturing.
Compared with the traditional, the no-load loss, no-load current and noise of the new one decrease 20% respectively, and load loss
decreases 10%. The new product applies CAD, with advance design, reasonable structure, and excellent materials. Each index complies
with the standards of GB1094-1996 "Power Transformer" GB/T6451-1999 "Technical Parameters and Requirements of Three-phase Oil-
immersed Type Power Transformer". Now its level is n the leading position of our country.
 

1. Application
The three phase oil-immersed transformer 250kVA/10kV .After normal transportation, the assembly can be made with dismounted component
without untanking inspection. It can be put into operation after acceptance factory test.

5. Transportation
5.1 Road and railway transportation are two ways to deliver transformer to installation site, which is normally full of oil during the transportation.
Attached accessories, fittings and related documents shall be packed with trans-
former for delivery.
5.2 Four lifting lugs on the tank wall, bearing the total weight of transformer, shall be used at the same time when the transformer is lifted. The lifing
block is only used for the active part, the angle between the lifting rope and 
vertical line shall not be more than 15°.
6. Acceptance and storage
After receipt of transformer, its type, specification shall be inspected by the purchaser according to the nameplate &contract. The related technical
documents and accessories shall be checked according to the list of ex-works 
documents. The inspection shall be carried out as following:
6.1 No oil leakage.
6.2 No damage both product and accessories
6.3 Parts of product such as temperature controller, bushing, Buchholz relay (for products above 630kVA trans-former), temperature indicator (for
products above 1000kVA transformer) and so on.

6.4 During the storage of transformer, the oil level shall be kept to the level of cover and regular inspection shall be done. For the dismantled
transformer during the transportation, the conservator must be mounted due to the oil 
pressure and its volume varying with the different temperature
when the transformer is put into operation.

6.5 Voltage withstand test has been carried before the deliverv from the factorv according to IEC60076-3. Ifit is necessary to cary out the test again
by the client, its applied value shall be 80% of ex-work testing value.

7. Installation and Maintenance
7.1 The test items could be carried out before the operation when the transformer is delivered without any dismantling.
7.2 W hen the mercury thermometer and temperature controller are installed, oil shall be filleld into the pocket of transformer.
7.3 The oil shall be added into the lower part of it when the breathing dehydrator is mounted. Refer to the operation manual of breathing dehydrator.
7.4 Others are to be put on.
7.5 The height of oil level shall be inspected when the oil level is lower than the normal position. Open the plug of conservator and fill in the high
quality oil to the normal level inside the conservator.

7.6 The draining plug of Buchholz relay shall be sealed well after oil filling. Please check all the sealing surface and rest 24 hrs to check the leakage,
exhaust air from the Buchholz relay again. Attention to the type,
manufacturing place of refilling oil when the oil is refilled. The different type of oil shall
not be used and 
mixed.
7.7 Oil sample shall be taken for test and analysis.
