Electric furnace transformers are transformers which supply power to the electric furnaces. It can drop high voltage to the working voltage the electric furnaces need.

140MVA, 35KV arc furnace transformer is a large-capacity, medium-high voltage industrial-grade special transformer. Its core function is to provide stable and adjustable high-power electrical energy for arc furnaces, generating high-temperature electric arcs through electrodes to melt metal raw materials. Based on its capacity (140MVA, corresponding to an arc furnace with a nominal capacity of approximately 120-150 tons) and primary side voltage (35KV, compatible with industrial medium-voltage distribution networks), its application scenarios are highly focused on the field of large-scale heavy industry metal smelting and processing
