The furnace transformer can improve the efficiency effectively,lower the combined power consumption and strengthen the operational reliability.Each performance index achieves the domestic advanced level.
Main characteristics and the production process:
1.The cores are made of high quality cold rolled oriented silicon steel,with multilevel stepped lap helical structure.
The core is fastened by tensile plate of core limb and compression bolts. Its active part adopts six-direction ten-point location.
2. The winding is made of high purity, semi-rigid, oxygen free, copper paper wrapped flat wire. Insulation between turns is made of high quality insulating pressboard. The inner coil winds directly around the insulation cylinder, all coils are supported by inside and outside strips. The synchronous lifting system is adopted in assembling the coil.
3.The tank is folded flat top. We adopt plate radiators for the small-medium furnace transformers as its cooling system and combined forced oil circulation cooler for the big furnace transformers.
