Applicable working frequency of iron core
0.05mm, 0.08mm and 0.10mm ultra-thin silicon steel core is suitable for 1 Khz-10 kHz power supply; 0.20 mm, 0.23 mm, 0.27 mm 0.30mm high magnetic density iron core is suitable for 50 hz-60 Hz power supply.
Performance characteristics
It has high inductance, high flux density, low iron loss and low noise. Because its saturated flux density BS is as high as 1.9tesla, which is much higher than that of amorphous material bs1.56tesla,The magnetostrictive coefficient is only one tenth of that of amorphous materials. Among them, 0.05mm and 0.08mm ultra-thin silicon steel are used in the frequency band of about 10kHz, which is comprehensive.
The energy effect is better than that of amorphous materials.
