A 10 kV outdoor high-voltage isolation switch is a three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage electrical appliance composed of three independent single-phase components, used for voltage and no-load division circuits. According to the product structure, it is divided into GW4-12W double column horizontal rotary isolation switch, GW1-12W double column vertical open isolation switch, and GW9-12W single pole manual operation vertical open structure.
(1) Isolation switches are composed of installation bases and transmission parts, post insulators, conductive switches, steel brackets, and mechanisms
(2) The main contact fingers of GW4-12W isolating switch are a set of contacts with chrome bronze strip contacts and 65Mn spring steel strip compression. The GW1-12W and GW9-12W isolation switches are C-shaped copper stamping convex platform structures, with copper material and double-sided compression springs. This structure ensures sufficient clamping force when the contacts are engaged.
(3) The GW4-12 and GW9 isolating switch bases are made of steel plates bent in one go and can withstand strong stresses (such as terminal stress and stress caused by short-circuit currents).
(4) All current carrying components are standardized products and have passed short-circuit current testing.
