Transformer solution project
This project is a sludge concentrated disposal project in sewage treatment plant, the main building includes sludge extracting workshop, solar drying workshop, sludge storage workshop, office building and dining room,etc.
Electrical load for production in sludge treatment plant is 2nd level load. 10kV HV incoming power supply of this project is from superior power grid, two-way of incoming lines, one is for use one is standby.two HV incoming lines should have electric and mechanical interlocking. HV power distribution cabinet adopts 6 pcs of KYN28-12 metal clad power distribution cabinet in DC operation.
All the electric equipments in this project are LV load, the distribution power voltage is 0.4/0.23kV, which divides into two electric equipments,industrial power load and lighting load. installed capacity is 3002kW,calculated load is 1861.4kW,apparent power is 1917KVA.
Transformer and power distribution room is in the extracting workshop. In the transformer and power distribution room is equipped with 2 units of dry type transformers with capacity 1250kVA according to loading capacity.the 2 transformer are running in simultaneously, and spare to each other, the loading rate is about 78%.the mode of LV connection is single busbar sectionalized connection,2 transformers are running in split way, if one of them has fault, the capacity of another transformer can assure end-users' second class loading.
For power equipment and circuits, relay protection and safety automatic devices are installed to reflect short circuit fault and abnormal operation to meet the requirements for reliablity, selectivity, sensitivity and prompt speed. the protective relaying of power equipments and circuit has main protection, backup protection and abnormal operation protection.10kV transformer room adopts digital relay protection device.
Electrical energy saving design:
1.The transformers adopt low loss SCB10 dry type transformers to reach the effect of energy saving.
2.To adopts green and environmental electrical products approved by government. Under the premise of meeting national regulation and power supplying industrial standard, to select high-performance electrical equipments, high-quality cables and wires to decrease self loss.
