Product Description

Power Capacitor for melting furnace high temperature heat resistance 60 degrees celsius with water cooling system using cooling tower heat exchanger
Product introduction:
Could be used in power station 3kv 6kv 10kv 20kv 35kv 66kv power system 
A
nti-seismic request: not damage within 8 degree earthquake intensity;
Installation site should be no poison gas and vapour, no electroconductivity and exploded dust, no intensity mechanical movement;
When capacitor works, the rest voltage on the tips should not over 10% of rated voltage;

Main technical performance:
Voltage: 1kV~20kV
Capacitor capacitance: 100kvar~800kvar
Variation of capacitor: -3%~+5%
Loss angle(tanδ) at rated voltage ≤0.0003
Long-term operation at 1.05 times of rated voltage can be allowed and it also can operate at 1.15 times of voltage for less than
30min every 24hrs.
It can operate at 1.30In steady over-current caused by higher harmonic and steady over-voltage. Steady over-current can be
allowed to reach 1.5In for capacitor with extremely plus variation.
It is complying with GB/T11024-2001 hunt capacitor for AC power system of nominal voltage 1KV and above and IEC 60871-1:1997
HV shunt capacitor technical condition.

Structure characteristics
It uses double-piece coarsening polypropylene film to keep good impregnation.

Components do edge-fold convex structure to reduce partial discharge and improve polarity board insulation's electric field distribution.
Crimping high-strength porcelain bushing with high hermetically sealed performance is applied to capacitor bushing.

The welding between bushing and case is with argon arc welding with higher mechanical strength and hermetically sealed characteristics.
Case is made of stainless steel plate, treated through shot blasting and then painting by robots. Surfaces are beautiful with strong
anti-corrosion feature.
High reliable inner fuse , good ampere-time characteristics and reliable action.
