Preface:
A small steam turbine refers to a steam turbine in which, after expanding and doing
work inside the turbine, all steam, except for a small portion of the shaft seal leakage,
enters the condenser and condenses into water. The condensing equipment mainly
consists of a condenser, a circulating water pump, a condensate water pump, and an
air extractor. The exhaust steam from the turbine enters the condenser and is cooled
by circulating water to condense into water. It is pumped out by the condensate pump
and heated by various heaters before being sent to the boiler as feedwater. During the
process of condensing the exhaust steam of the steam turbine into water in the
condenser, the volume suddenly decreases, resulting in a vacuum in the previously
filled enclosed space. This reduces the exhaust pressure of the steam turbine,
increases the ideal enthalpy drop of the steam, and thus improves the thermal
efficiency of the device. The non condensable gas (mainly air) in the exhaust of the
steam turbine is extracted by the air extractor to maintain the vacuum degree.

Performance characteristics:
The K60 steam turbine unit is a multi-stage small steam turbine with a high steam
cycle utilization rate. It can extract steam to supply production processes or heating
systems. The exhaust of the steam turbine enters the condenser and condenses into
water for recycling and heating back to the boiler for circulation. The exhaust pressure
of the steam turbine is lower than atmospheric pressure. Reliable operation, widely
used in multiple industries such as thermal power, petroleum, chemical industry,
printing and dyeing, textile, cement, sugar making, papermaking, etc. BR>Structural
