E-class combined cycle gas turbine generator (270MW class)
The E-class one to one split shaft combined cycle uses AE94.2 gas turbine and QF-180-2 air-cooled gas turbine generator to form the power equipment of the gas turbine island, and uses IL single cylinder module or IS+LD dual cylinder module steam turbine and QF-100-2 air-cooled generator to form the power equipment of the steam turbine generator, matched with SGH-E double pressure reheated waste heat boiler.

E-class heavy-duty gas turbine AE94.2 and AE94.2K/KS
AE94.2, also known as E-class gas turbine, is widely used in natural gas power generation markets both domestically and internationally. It has the advantages of high reliability, durability, and high output performance. Due to its unique cylindrical combustion chamber structure, it can adapt to various special fuels, including light oil, some heavy oil, blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, etc., and has been favored by many dual fuel demand users in domestic and foreign markets. Structurally, the AE94.2 gas turbine adopts a horizontal split structure cylinder and a center pull rod rotor. The compressor consists of 16 stages of axial flow, 1 stage of adjustable stator blades, and the first 6 stages of compressor blades are coated with anti-corrosion coatings. The turbine is a 4-stage axial flow turbine, and the combustion chamber adopts two cylindrical combustion chambers distributed on both sides of the body, with 8 burners distributed on the upper part of each combustion chamber. The conventional loading rate of AE94.2 is 11MW/min, and when participating in grid peak shaving, it is 30MW/min. It has the characteristics of fast and flexible start stop.

3) Efficient and reliable: equipped with efficient and reliable secondary air systems, rotor displacement (RDS) systems, etc;
4) Strong adaptability: AE94.2K/KS gas turbine, LHV>3MJ/Nm3 can be utilized;
5) Quick start stop: Complete within 30 minutes from ignition to full load;
