Surge arresters
10-220kV metal oxide (zinc oxide) surge arresters are mainly used for the protection of power transmission and transformation equipment for A.C.110-220kV system against damage from overvoltage.
110-220kV zinc oxide arresters have the merit of the protection characteristic,large discharge ability,excellent proof-contaminate capacity,simple structure and stable reliability, so as to supply the best protection for transmission and transformation equipment.
The performance of 110-220kV zinc oxide arresters conform to the IEC99-4 and GB11032 Sealing structure of MOA is reasonable, the porcelain housed MOA adopt the excellent rubber with the good hermetic seal and small distortion of the compress as the seal material and have been filled with high purity nitrogen; the inner of polymer housed sealed with excellent isolative material to get rid of inner atmosphere and ensure the sealed performance of the products.
The porcelain arresters are fitted with reasonable pressure relievable device which can release inner pressure in time at abnormal condition, and the arcing can rapidly transfer from inside to outside of porcelain housed MOA and short-circuit link ,to prevent the porcelain housings explosion and ensure the safety of equipments and personal; the polymer arresters with the unique pressure releasing the structure can release inside pressure in time at abnormal condition and prevent the porcelain housings explosion and ensure the safety of equipments and personal .
Arresters are adopted the large or small shed structure. The creepage distance is more than 25mm/kV and fine anti-pollution characteristic.
