HXZ series steelmaking DC arc furnaces are used for melting quality carbon steel and kinds of alloy steel. Their
normal capacities are from 3t to 100t.
Features
According to its power matching, HXZ series steelmaking DC arc furnaces can be divided into OP, HP and UHP;
According to its operation form, it can be divided into left and right operations. The type of roof is a kind of
spinning to add material. The whole apparatus is of a reasonable design, reliable operation and excellent
performance.

· Furnace body
Tapping manners: Spout and EBT
Tubular water-cooled and traditional roof are available

It can be realized by bogie movement lifting. And common copper tube arm or advanced water-cooled
conducting arm are available.

· Electric control system:
Automatic regulator of electrode lifting can be VVVF controlled or computer controlled. The later can equipped
with CRT displayer. The acting of all parts and interlooks is controlled by PLC.
