Product Description

Introduction:
Extinguishing oil discharge nitrogen injection device, a new device is designed for extinguishing oil-immersed
transformers. Transformer gas relay signal acquisition and installation of the device on the surface of the
transformer fire detector signal, when the two signals simultaneously satisfy start the fire. When you start
fighting equipment quickly open the drain valve, transformer oil drain valve to drain through a portion of the
transformer oil pressure relief, and because of increased traffic, stop-valve placed between the transformer oil
conservator and closed to prevent further oil conservator flow transformer. After a certain time delay
extinguishing device is turned on nitrogen release nitrogen injection valve to the bottom of the transformer, the
injected nitrogen for transformer oil inside the transformer, the transformer reduces the local temperature at the
point of failure, so as to reach below the ignition point, to achieve the purpose of fighting. Continuous injection
of twenty minutes or more nitrogen to prevent recrudescence.

Oil-immersed transformers (hereinafter referred to as: Transformers) there is always a risk of fire. Since oil
power transformer core energy generated by continuous high temperature or short circuit, over voltage
generated inside the arc discharge to ionize and decompose a variety of oil combustible gases, and to the rapid
increase in pressure inside the tank when the pressure exceeds when the tank can withstand the limit, tank
weaknesses will rupture, causing oxygen into the mix with combustible gases, these mixtures after contact
friction with the air, they produce a flame of fire or explosion, resulting in significant losses.
