Supplied by the Buyer:
1) Furnace refractory lining, Hydraulic medium, lubrication medium and cleaning medium, Graphite electrodes;
2) Civil works and design (Seller provides furnace foundation condition drawings and civil work requirements),
embedded furnace foundation parts;
3) Water supply and gas supply main inlet are laid to Seller's equipment connection point, H.V.incoming line is
connected to incoming terminals of H.V. Switchboard and EAF transformer, L.V. line is connected to L.V.
distribution panel.
4. Quotation conditions
4.1 All present and/or future taxes and duties related to the execution of this Contract, income tax levied on the
Contractor's personnel, tax on foreign contractor's business operated in Vietnam in accordance with existing
laws, shall be borne by the Buyer;
4.2 The Seller will dispatch engineers (mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, transformer, H.V., etc) to
supervise furnace installation and commissioning. Round trip air ticket, local traffic transportation and
accommodation cost are borne by the Buyer. Site supervision fee is $250 USD/personnel per day;
4.3 Seller's engineers will train Buyer's employees about furnace operation and maintenance at job
site.
