The capacitors are applicable to the controlled or adjustable AC voltage system with the nominal voltage not more than 4KV and the
frequency of 50KHz and below. It is specially used to improve the power factor or circuit characteristics of induction heating, melting, stirring
or casting devices, and similar applications.
Feature:
1 the capacitor is mainly composed of shell, connecting rod and core.
2 the shell is made of aluminum plate by bending welding. The capacitor core is installed in the shell, which is filled with insulating oil with
excellent electrical performance. The supports for installation and lifting are welded at both ends of the shell, and the wiring guide rod
sealed with silicone rubber and supported by porcelain sleeve is installed on the shell cover.
3 the capacitor core is composed of several dozens of components, which are assembled as a whole through insulation pad and splint
according to the design method, and the cooling water pipe is directly welded with the element plate.
Technical specification:
1 product standards:GB / t3984.1 power capacitors for induction heating installations Part 1 general principles (equivalent to iec60110.1
power capacitors for induction heating installations Part 1 General).
2 capacitor terminals (between poles) can withstand 2.0un power frequency test voltage for 10s.
3 for capacitors whose terminals are insulated from the shell, the power frequency test voltage of 2.15un and minimum 2000V shall be
applied between the terminals and the shell for 10s.
4 capacitance deviation range: no more than - 5% ~ + 10% of rated value.
5 under power frequency rated voltage, the loss tangent (TG δ) of capacitor shall not be greater than 0.0008
6 overload: the capacitor can operate continuously under the rated voltage and 1.15 times of the rated current, and can operate for no more
than 12 hours every 24 hours under 1.05 times of the rated voltage.
